Dashera2012 Kosambari Recipe
1 – carrot grated
1 – tomato finely chopped
1 – cucumber grated
2 cups – tied curds
2 tbsp – peanut crush
2 tsp – ground sugar
1/2 tsp – cumin powder
1/2 tbsp – coriander finely chopped
1/2 tsp – mint leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp – fresh beaten cream
1 tsp – oil
Method
Squeeze out water from cucumber.
Heat oil , add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
Add to curds.
Add all other ingredients, mix well.
Chill for an hour before serving.
Serve chilled with parathas etc.
Making time: 25 minutes
Makes: 4-5 servings

2 tbsp – peanut crush

1/2 tsp – cumin powder

Method
Beat curds till smooth and thick.
Squeeze out water from cucumber.
Heat oil , add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
Add to curds.
Add all other ingredients, mix well.
Chill for an hour before serving.
