Janmastmi Recipe-Singhare ki puri
Ingredients Quantity
Singhare ka atta 1 cup
Singhare ka atta 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tsp
Ajwain seeds ¼ cup
Coriander leaves ¼ cup
Spinach ¼ cup
Boiled potatoes ¼ cup
Green chillies 2
Red chilly powder. 1 tablespoon
Salt According to taste
Water For kneading, massaging
Method
Firstly, mix all the dry ingredients.
Thoroughly and slowly add water to form a dough to make puri.
Note not add much water.
Convert them to puri shape and then deep fry till brown
Serve hot.
