Janmastmi Recipe Dal Vadai
Ingredients
1/4 cup toovar dal
1/4 cup urad dal
1/2 cup channa dal
1 tbsp grated coconut
3-4 green chillies
2 red chilli
1 pinch hing
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying
Method
Wash and soak all dals for 3 hours.
Grind them into fine paste with green chillies, red chillies and curry leaves.
Then add all the remaining ingredients except oil for deep frying. Make small vadas of the mixture and flatten it slightly by hands.
Deep fry the vadais tillgolden brown.
Serve hot.
