Village Sample 3-A / Land Accounts:
This sample shows the name of the village to which the land belongs, the taluka, district and its account number and the names of the occupants of the land, block survey numbers, area of land as per survey number, size and other details. Village Sample 3-A Below the transcript is written the date the sample was extracted and the transcript number.
The sample of the village is 8 and 12:
The village office has a total of 1 to 12 samples. In which this is a sample showing the combination of 2 and 1 related to agriculture, therefore it has become known among the farmers as the extract of 9/12. Sample 6 is at the top and sample 12 at the bottom.
Sample-2 has block / survey number written e.g. Out of 150. Then new condition or old condition land, name of the farm and other details are written such as eligible for premium for non-cultivation, condition 2 / a or other conditions. On the opposite side of these details are the details related to the village, taluka, district and then the land.
Eligible land plots are indicated for irrigation, irrigation or horticulture. The total area in front of it (hectare and sq.m.) is stated
Other details in the Eligible Lands column:
(1) Area: Total area of land is hectare, ar, sq.m.
(3) Shape: Land revenue is determined on the basis of fixed government standards for determining revenue on the basis of yield and area of land.
(2) Judy and Special Act: Details are given regarding additional collection except revenue fixed as per size.
(2) Water portion: If water is taken from a government well, the amount to be paid is stated as water portion.
Account no. (As per 3-A) In that account, according to the share, area, shape and names of the occupants, note numbers are written on the names. These numbers are the numbers of the change notes provided regarding this land at different times in the infringement. If there are counts below it, its details and if there are other rights and burdens on this land next to it, its details are given.

(B) Other rights and other details: In other rights, if the land has been mortgaged in a bank or other financial institution or if there is a restraining order or interim order on that land, it is noted in this column. Whether it is a simple agreement or not. It is to be noted that today, if the mortgage is said only from a registered document, it is noted.
